The proceedings of the 1st International Scientific Conference “Contemporary Science: New Approaches, Discoveries and Perspectives” (October 9-10, 2026, Vienna, Austria) include scientific papers covering a wide range of contemporary research fields. The presented studies explore consumer segmentation and marketing strategies for craft products, logistics and transport systems of Ukrainian seaports under security challenges, algorithms for selecting informative views of 3D product models, cloud application autoscaling and overload control, database design and optimization, clinical indicators for predicting hearing impairment in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, innovative methods of foreign language teaching and personalized learning, digital tools for adaptive assessment in mathematics education, as well as numerical modelling of buried polyethylene water pipelines under varying ground settlement conditions and soil foundation stiffness.
