Conference materials are published in proceedings assigned a unique DOI by Crossref. The conferences are registered in the Academic Research Index and the UkrISTEI database of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, and the proceedings are published by an officially registered publisher.
Certificate and Official Confirmation
Participants receive a free electronic certificate, a letter of appreciation for the academic supervisor, and, if required, a certificate confirming acceptance of the submitted materials. Published works may be used for reporting purposes and as evidence of academic activity.

Materials are reviewed promptly within 6–24 hours, without lengthy waiting periods. Abstracts are submitted in a simple format with clear requirements and in accordance with the principles of academic integrity.
Science Vector organizes international scientific conferences for students, postgraduate students, doctoral candidates, lecturers, researchers, and professionals from various fields. The shared calendar of international scientific conferences for 2026 includes general scientific and practical conferences open to all participants, as well as separate student scientific conferences. Participation takes place online and does not require in-person attendance or a mandatory presentation. Participants submit abstracts by selecting the appropriate scientific section, and on the first day of the conference, the proceedings and electronic certificates are published on the website. International Scientific Conferences by Science Vector
Science Vector international scientific conferences bring together students, postgraduate students, doctoral candidates, lecturers, researchers, and other professionals. Participants can present their research results, select a section relevant to the topic of their work, submit abstracts online, and participate remotely. Submitted materials undergo editorial review and, once accepted, are published in the conference proceedings. Science Vector provides official publication of materials with the assignment of a unique DOI, an electronic participant certificate, and access to the published conference proceedings.
How to Participate in an International Scientific Conference
1. Choose a conference
Browse the calendar of international scientific and student conferences, select a suitable date and scientific section corresponding to the topic of your research. If the required section is not available or you are unsure which one to choose, contact the editorial team: 📩 info@science-vector.com.
2. Prepare your scientific paper
Format your abstracts or other scientific materials in accordance with the Science Vector requirements. Check the structure, formatting, reference list, and compliance with the principles of academic integrity.
3. Pay the organizational fee
Use the payment details and instructions provided in the “Payment” section. Additional services may also be ordered if required.
4. Submit your materials
Prepare the file containing your paper, the payment receipt, and information about the author or authors and the academic supervisor, if applicable. Complete the participant registration form and carefully check the spelling of names, surnames, and the title of the paper, as these details are used to prepare the certificate.
5. Receive the review result
The editorial team reviews the submitted materials for compliance with the technical requirements, originality, and academic integrity within 6–24 hours. While waiting for a response, please also check your Spam folder.
What Participants Receive from an International Scientific Conference
After the materials are accepted, the participant receives publication of the abstracts in the conference proceedings with a DOI assigned by Crossref, as well as a personalized electronic certificate with a unique registration number. If required, the editorial team can also provide confirmation of acceptance of the submitted materials.
Published materials may be used for reporting purposes, preparation of qualification papers, and further research.
