Academic Integrity Requirements for Conference Participants
Participation in an international student research conference requires not only the preparation of high-quality academic papers but also strict adherence to the principles of academic integrity. Compliance with these principles is a mandatory condition for publication in the conference proceedings.
All submitted papers are reviewed for compliance with academic standards. Only papers with a minimum originality level of 60% are eligible for publication. Any form of plagiarism, improper citation, unauthorized reuse of previously published content, data fabrication, or falsification is strictly prohibited.
Key principles that participants must follow:
Accuracy of Research Results. All data, findings, and conclusions presented in the paper must be accurate, reliable, and properly justified. The use of fabricated, manipulated, or misleading information constitutes a violation of academic ethics.
Proper Citation. All sources used in the preparation of the paper must be cited in accordance with the established formatting requirements. Proper referencing ensures transparency and respect for the work of other researchers.
Originality of the Paper. Submitted papers must represent the author’s own work. Copying, self-plagiarism, or the use of third-party materials without appropriate attribution is not permitted.
Clear Structure. The paper should clearly present the research objective, methodology, results, and conclusions. A logical structure improves the academic quality and readability of the work.
Research Contribution. Submitted papers are expected to contain elements of original analysis, research findings, or the author’s own interpretation rather than merely summarizing existing information.
Ethics in Academic Publishing. Authors must comply with accepted standards of academic ethics, including respect for intellectual property rights, proper citation practices, and avoidance of plagiarism.
Responsibility for Quality. If errors or inaccuracies are identified after submission, authors are encouraged to notify the Organizing Committee so that appropriate corrections can be made. Maintaining high publication standards is a shared responsibility.
Compliance with these principles not only ensures eligibility for publication but also contributes to the development of professional credibility as a researcher. We value responsible academic conduct and support high standards of scholarly publishing.
Review of Submitted Papers
All submitted conference papers and research materials are reviewed before publication in the conference proceedings.
The review process includes:
— compliance with formatting requirements;
— originality assessment;
— compliance with academic integrity principles.
Papers that do not meet the established requirements or violate academic integrity standards may be returned to the author for revision or rejected.
