Payment for participation in a student scientific conference
Payment of the conference fee is a mandatory requirement for participation in a student research conference and publication of conference papers in the proceedings.
The conference fee is paid at the time of submission and confirms participation in the conference.
Participation fee
For participants from Ukraine, the conference fee for participation in a student research conference is 200 UAH per submitted paper, regardless of the number of authors. The fee includes processing of the submitted paper, publication in the conference proceedings, electronic access to the proceedings for all authors, electronic certificates of participation, and an electronic letter of appreciation for the academic supervisor.
Additional services (optional):
— printed certificate of participation with official stamp and signature — 50 UAH;
— printed letter of appreciation for the academic supervisor with official stamp and signature — 50 UAH;
(If printed certificates or letters of appreciation are ordered, domestic delivery within Ukraine will be included in the total cost. For international delivery, please contact the editorial office at: 📩 info@science-vector.com).
— individual DOI assignment through Crossref — 150 UAH.
For participants from countries outside Ukraine, the conference fee for participation in an international student research conference is $6 per submitted paper, regardless of the number of authors. The fee includes processing of the submitted paper, publication in the conference proceedings, electronic access to the proceedings for all authors, electronic certificates of participation, and an electronic letter of appreciation for the academic supervisor.

Payment for the conference fee and any selected additional services may be made in a single transaction.
The total amount due will be calculated automatically when completing the online participant submission form for each international student research conference.

By paying the conference fee, you confirm your intention to participate and agree to the terms of the Public Offer Agreement, the Privacy Policy, and the Academic Integrity Policy.
What to Do After Payment
After completing the payment, please fill out the online participant submission form and attach a copy or screenshot of the payment receipt.
